the front desk team are very proactive and resourceful. yuka especially impressed me. the bar manager anthony and his team provided top tier service at both the ocean side and pool side bars. bespoke menu and great happy hour drink selection made my evenings good.
the resort didn't include a kettle to boil water or cups to use despite providing tea bags in the room. i reported this, and the solution was to take the plug out of the refrigerator. the noise stopped, but then the ice inside melted, leaking water on the floor.

guests can rent jet skis or take a paddleboard or a kayak to the ocean. the resort is family friendly which makes it convenient for family holidays.

the bar has a great selection of drinks during happy hour and plays good music. the bar offers the best ocean view of moorea, with sunset as a bonus. friendly staff made great recommendations for drinks.

the bedroom is spacious and clean and the bathroom is pretty massive and lush. it almost feels like you're in an apartment with a walk in kitchen and a double wardrobe. i found these amenities convenient.

i found convenient lagoon access, the poolside bar, and the infinity pool particularly enjoyable. the spacious two bedroom suite could easily accommodate a longer stay. i received complimentary birthday macarons as a gift, a thoughtful touch.
the room i had included a very dirty chair, and the lighting was dim. the floor felt unclean, transferring dirt onto our socks .

the hotel features a generously sized pool, complemented by a private lagoon inhabited by numerous fish. the water temperature in the lagoon was like bathwater, offering a relaxing experience. two bars serve guests, including one located poolside and another by the sea.

the hotel offers fine views of moorea in the distance. there are wonderful local food options available a short walk from the hotel, including the sunset roulotte. it is perfect for enjoying pizza and crepes.

i experienced friendly and professional assistance from the front desk staff. they efficiently arranged a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. the front desk was cute and energetic during check-in, directing me to breakfast while the room was prepared.

the breakfast included made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, a cereal selection, breads, and plenty of coffee. the bbq night held on wednesdays at the restaurant provided an awesome culinary experience. the waterfront bar is particularly amazing.

the staff was friendly! and the breakfast included had a good selection of items. i also really loved the whale watching tour! it was amazing and a great value for the money!
I arrived early in the morning and asked about checking in early. they said they would look into it and get back to me. they never did. i asked again later, and they said 2:00 pm was their policy. The rooms aren't as they appear in the photos either!!!
